RETURN POLICY

Most of the information about products is updated online. Click (i) icon next to the product to see more information such as descriptions ingredients, dimensions etc.  Pictures uploaded for the products are indicative  presentation of the actual product and are for illustration purposes. 


Some of the products are limited editions. Hence If you are not sure about the product from online descriptions then you can approach us via WhatsApp / call to know more information about the product before placing an order. This will help avoid the hassle. 

In event you want to return the product because it is not as per your expectation then kindly note the points below:

  1. exchange is permitted within 7 calendar days from the date of the purchase.
  2.  The product should be in its original condition, unopened, or not damaged.
  3. An additional  SGD 8.0  will be charged if you want us to pick up the product from your home. Alternatively, you can get a free return at our warehouse located at 4012 Ang Mo Kio Ave 10 #06-01B Singapore 569 628.

We will adjust your bill after return and the discount will be removed based on the revised bill amount. if the revised bill amount is less than SGD 39 then delivery charges will be added. 

EXCHANGE POLICY

We do our best to serve quality products at your doorstep but kindly note that the best before date or shelf life of some of the products is short. In addition, packing, customs clearance, transit time, clearance, and inspection in Singapore take a few weeks.

So, products with the best before or expiry date less than 1 months from the date of the purchase are not eligible for exchange or refund.

For any other eligible products, the following criteria shall be met:

  1. exchange is permitted within 7 calendar days from the date of the purchase.
  2. the product should be in its original condition, unopened, or not damaged.
  3. additional SGD 8.0 will be charged if you want us to pick up the product from your home.

REFUND POLICY

  1. Sometimes products may get damaged during transit, delivery, or handling or due to weather conditions, in such cases, please contact us immediately within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase.
  2. We will be happy to send a free replacement for the damaged product. However, please do not throw the product packet for our further assessment.
