Delivery Policy

1. SushAadi ImpEx Pte Ltd (SushAadi) provide island wide delivery to your door steps based on the rice stated in the order slip.

2. SushAadi delivery model is based on Cluster delivery and nottime slot delivery. 

3. SushAadi’s system will prepare the delivery sequence and delivery time based on shortest path by road distance. 

4. System will send notification on the day of delivery or earlier via SMS or WhatsApp based on the timing computed in the route. However, it may vary depend on lapsed time at delivery stop and /or traffic, weather condition.

5. SushAadi team will do best deliver your ordered items however SushAadi is not obliged and shall not be held liable for any claim from customer on failure of the delivery due to your unavailability to receive the parcel.

6. Once ordered items are delivered and you wish to cancel it then you will need to pay Delivery charges of SGD 8.00

7. SushAadi will not be responsible and shall not be held liable for

  1. If SushAadi don’t receive the confirmation of the SMS then we may or may not proceed with the delivery depending ordered items and may place the parcel at door step and share photo with you.

  2. In event, SushAadi could not deliver your ordered items on/before your expected day for any reason.

  3. Any loss of the product from the parcel or parcel itself, in event, you are not at home then your ordered items will be placed outside your doorstep and photo of the same will be sent to you.

  4. Any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special or consequential damages or for any damages whatsoever including profit and loss upon delivery.
